We knew Clarry from Ilford Bridge Club and got to know him more as Chairman of St Anne’s Bridge Club. He was a real gentleman. At the bridge table there was never a cross word. He was patient and kind. Everyone who has heard of his passing has nothing but kind words to say about Clarry. St Anne’s Bridge club members will miss him greatly. There wouldn’t be a club were it not for his efforts over the years. Rest in Peace dear Clarry. We will miss you.
